SAN FRANCISCO

Whether you’re looking for great food, diverse culture and stunning city views, or just to be a part of the one of the fastest growing tech industries in the world, look no further. All within the 49 square miles that encompass the City by the Bay, you’ll get lost in the majesty of such iconic landmarks as the Golden Gate Bridge, Cable Cars, Alcatraz Island and many more. Being the most densely populated city in the state, there is no shortage of activities to partake in any day of the week.

PENINSULA

The Peninsula forms a commuter area between San Francisco to the north and San Jose to the south. While many of the Peninsula's residents work and play to the north or south, the Peninsula has its attractions, including some beautiful wilderness area area that's great for hiking and mountain biking.

SOUTH BAY

The South Bay is known around the world as "Silicon Valley" due to its high concentration of silicon chip-making, software and high-technology companies headquartered in the area. It is also now the home of the new San Francisco 49er football stadium.

EAST BAY

Lying across the Bay Bridge from San Francisco is the East Bay. It has a unique culture that's more laid back and uncomplicated than its Western neighbors.

Oakland, the area's largest city, is famous for its somewhat smaller Chinatown and its beautiful waterfront Jack London Square, as well as its large port and eucalyptus-spotted hills. Berkeley, just north of Oakland, is home to the University of California and tens of thousands of students, as well as left-leaning politics and great food.
